Two rebellious British teenagers experience strict parenting on the other side of the world, as angry girl Nicki Stygall and permatanned Jerri MacVeigh travel to Sri Lanka. For a week they must live under the strict rules of the De Zylva family, who are practising Buddhists. Dad Brindley runs a finance company and mum Mandy works in advertising. As Buddhists, they believe it's wrong to covet material things and don't allow their four children mobile phones, computer games, pocket money or birthday presents. The De Zylvas have prepared a set of rules for the British girls to follow that includes no drinking, no smoking and no foul language, and Nicki is immediately riled and clashes with the family. Over the week the teens are strictly supervised - the girls get up at 5am and go to work on a cinnamon plantation, Jerri volunteers at a care home for the mentally disturbed and Nicki visits a Buddhist monk. Can Jerri learn that looks aren't everything and can Nicki learn to control her anger and forgive her mother?

Mashrafe Mortaza, the captain for this T20 match speaks to the media after the narrow 2 runs defeat to SL in the first T20 in Chittagong "Shakib and Nasir's dismissals made a lot of difference because we could not accelerate, when it was probably the right time at that stage. Nasir's dismissal was just bad timing for us. It showed how things can go the other way," said Mashrafe, adding, "We are very disappointed to lose such a game to the number 1 ranked team in the world. Everyone is upset, but we will take good points out of this game." The 30-year old signaled out Bangladesh's fielding, which was impressive and three good catches were held. "We were always a good fielding side, and today we had some really good ones out there. We took some great catches, and those have more of an effect in Twenty20s than Tests or ODIs. We dropped a few catches in the Test series, so it was a good way to bounce back," he said. He went on to praise Anamul Haque, who struck his maiden ODI fifty, 58 off 45 balls, to keep Bangladesh in the game to the very end. "The platform was ready for us. The batsman were set and the bowler was under pressure. I think luck betrayed us in the end. But credit to Bijoy (Anamul) for bouncing back so well after missing out on the Test matches. He took the side closest to victory. "We were equal with Sri Lanka and that one ball in the end made the difference. Anamul was hitting it well by that time, as we had seen the previous two balls when he hit two very good shots over cover. The last ball was unfortunate, the timing wasn't there. It could have taken a top edge and gone behind the keeper but he hit it with the face of the bat," he said. Summing up, Mashrafe said, "I would still say we played well. Sunny bowled well, and Mithun probably had to play that shot. It was a good mix for us but to win T20 games, there has to be two bowlers and three batsmen doing the job, or three bowlers and two batsmen. We can still take a lot from the match."

"The war is over and that leaves of lot questions unanswered," the former UN Sri Lanka spokesperson stressed. We explore the accusations tearing apart Sri Lanka. The war crimes charges levied against the Sri Lankan government including bombing safe zones and hospitals "suggest a determination to simply wipe out as many people as possible" commented a UN Special Rapporteur. Witnesses allege that the rebels are also guilty of war crimes; kidnapping and forcing children to fight. We meet the victims of this bitter war and hear their stories as two senior UN officials call for an investigation. "We can't just draw a line under this", a prominent political analyst emphasised. "Serious, hard questions of how we could do these things to each other" must be investigated.

Two rebellious British teenagers experience strict parenting on the other side of the world, as angry girl Nicki Stygall and permatanned Jerri MacVeigh travel to Sri Lanka. For a week they must live under the strict rules of the De Zylva family, who are practising Buddhists.
Dad Brindley runs a finance company and mum Mandy works in advertising. As Buddhists, they believe it's wrong to covet material things and don't allow their four children mobile phones, computer games, pocket money or birthday presents.
The De Zylvas have prepared a set of rules for the British girls to follow that includes no drinking, no smoking and no foul language, and Nicki is immediately riled and clashes with the family.
Over the week the teens are strictly supervised - the girls get up at 5am and go to work on a cinnamon plantation, Jerri volunteers at a care home for the mentally disturbed and Nicki visits a Buddhist monk.
Can Jerri learn that looks aren't everything and can Nicki learn to control her anger and forgive her mother?

Mashrafe Mortaza, the captain for this T20 match speaks to the media after the narrow 2 runs defeat to SL in the first T20 in Chittagong
"Shakib and Nasir's dismissals made a lot of difference because we could not accelerate, when it was probably the right time at that stage. Nasir's dismissal was just bad timing for us. It showed how things can go the other way," said Mashrafe, adding, "We are very disappointed to lose such a game to the number 1 ranked team in the world. Everyone is upset, but we will take good points out of this game."
The 30-year old signaled out Bangladesh's fielding, which was impressive and three good catches were held. "We were always a good fielding side, and today we had some really good ones out there. We took some great catches, and those have more of an effect in Twenty20s than Tests or ODIs. We dropped a few catches in the Test series, so it was a good way to bounce back," he said.
He went on to praise Anamul Haque, who struck his maiden ODI fifty, 58 off 45 balls, to keep Bangladesh in the game to the very end. "The platform was ready for us. The batsman were set and the bowler was under pressure. I think luck betrayed us in the end. But credit to Bijoy (Anamul) for bouncing back so well after missing out on the Test matches. He took the side closest to victory.
"We were equal with Sri Lanka and that one ball in the end made the difference. Anamul was hitting it well by that time, as we had seen the previous two balls when he hit two very good shots over cover. The last ball was unfortunate, the timing wasn't there. It could have taken a top edge and gone behind the keeper but he hit it with the face of the bat," he said.
Summing up, Mashrafe said, "I would still say we played well. Sunny bowled well, and Mithun probably had to play that shot. It was a good mix for us but to win T20 games, there has to be two bowlers and three batsmen doing the job, or three bowlers and two batsmen. We can still take a lot from the match."

The Sinhalese people form the majority of the population; Tamils, who are concentrated in the north and east of the island, form the largest ethnic minority. Other communities include Moors, Burghers, Kaffirs, Malays and the aboriginal Vedda people.
